Big Ocean Women is a maternal feminist organization dedicated to representing women devoted to faith, family, and motherhood at all levels of civil society. This March, Big Ocean Women is attending the United Nation’s 63rd Commission on the Status of Women (CSW) in New York City with a delegation of twenty-five women.
In past years, our Big Ocean CSW delegations have had a marked impact. In 2016 an ambassador, upon hearing our mission and tenets, declared that our tenets and methodology were the solution for women struggling for empowerment without taking them away from their families or tearing their families apart.
Perhaps our greatest success story is in the transformative experience of each Big Ocean delegate who attends CSW empowered to educate and lead others with confidence and articulateness.
